Rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are for up to 4 people. Add $25 per night for each additional person. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 4 nights. Our villa is suitable for children 10 and older.

In consideration of others, smoking is limited to outside the villa.

Reservations are held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at time of reservation. The balance is due in full no less than two weeks prior to stay. We gladly accept personal checks and money orders.

Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to stay. On shorter notice, we will refund the deposit, less 20% service charge, only if we are able to rebook the time.
